Bolton a few years back. We lost, Kev Davies scored, all round shit experience.

Did it at Chelsea last season. 0-0 was pretty much the perfect result to be honest. Did chuckle when I left and walked past a moaning Alec STEWART.

did it at Barnsley in 98, and at Spurs when Anton equalised in last minute.

Bottled the urge to go mental. Just. Just had a fucking big shit eating grin on my boat.

At the end of the saints game last year. Got talking to a few in our bit of the stand and it turned out the were at least 30 of us just in that one section. Wish I'd made more noise now

Re: Sitting in with the HOME fans at AWAY matches
Did it at palace once in the 3-3 draw when manny scored two late goals as a sub

There were about 6 hammers around me, by chance. It was a great atmosphere - palace were basically down already, I think we were fighting for Europe (finished 5th that year I believe) and palace is so lacking in intimidation it was like a testimonial game

Wouldn't do it at Millwall tho...

Re: Sitting in with the HOME fans at AWAY matches
Done it at arsenal, spurs, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Cheered every time we've scored, though obviously as away games it only happened at arsenal and spurs.

Not shit having to supposedly keep quiet, it's shit as you have to watch the away fans having fun while you're bored senseless watching shit football.

Same here. With our 3 goals that day it was very difficult to stifle the joy each time we scored while all the Spuds around were crying like babies. I was at the upper end furthest opposite where our fans were - and one Hammer near me - "commando in the hills" as my mate calls it - was turfed out after the first goal.

It was made all the sweeter by the fact that the bloke next to me had cottoned on to me, but actually kept schtum. Each time one of theirs cocked up on the pitch I would very heartily join in with all the very loud moaning and cunting off whoever was at fault....

On the other hand, I'd never want to do it again!

Did it at Spurs away last year.

It was difficult but got away with it.

I stood on the cold blow lane end when we played at the old den.

Frankie equalised and I had to just stand there, I was 15 at the time.

This just goes to highlight just how hard I was, am and always will be.

Live in Nottingham and was in the home end against Forest when we won 4-1 in the 2011-12 Championship Season.

Was so hard not to cheer but still enjoyed it because of the result.

Re: Sitting in with the HOME fans at AWAY matches
I have done this at Fulham, Man Utd, Tottenham and Arsenal both grounds

Worst was at Tottenham went to the bar at half time and could hear all the cunts about how they hate us and were going to kick off after the game - yeah right you fuckin melts - didn't help we were losing as well

I experienced that once at Fulham - there's worst places to do it, but even there it just wasn't enjoyable not being able to join in the celebrations.

Re: Sitting in with the HOME fans at AWAY matches
Only even done prawn sandwich at away games and that's bad enough.

It's a killer when we score a goal and you see everybody going mad and you have to act calm.

Lucky it doesn't happy very often.

Done it a few times, dont mind it. Find it pretty easy to just act neutral.

Re: Sitting in with the HOME fans at AWAY matches
Done it a few times. Couldn't keep my mouth shut each time.

Jumping up to celebrate a disallowed goal at WHL didn't go down too well. It was balders fault.
